DAWANG at ComplexCon Las Vegas!
On October 25th and 26th, we made our first-ever appearance at ComplexCon in Las Vegas! This incredible milestone wouldn't have been possible without your amazing love and support. Thank you for being part of our journey!
ComplexCon brought thousands of people from all around the world to experience the intersection of fashion and music. We were amongst 300+ brands, merging streetwear and culture, and trying to show everyone at the event who WE ARE.
We want to give a shoutout to our team for being the backbone of this process!
Since this was our first ComplexCon, we wanted to make sure we were prepared. We brought some of our best sellers, as well as our newest collection: Vol 1: Vegas, to show those who came to ComplexCon, just what DAWANG is all about. We also wanted to bring an interactive experience for those visiting our stall, in the form of a GUM-BALL MACHINE! It’s such a nostalgic item, and we wanted to incorporate it in our setup to help feature different options of discounts and opportunities for freebies.
Overall, it was incredible to be in a space with other artists and creatives, and it inspired us to take all chaos and criticism with grace. We feel so lucky to be involved with ComplexCon this year, and even luckier to meet all of our new friends in Vegas! For those who stopped by and even spoke with us, thank you so much.

For ComplexCon, we thought about how we wanted to be perceived by those unfamiliar with us. While it may be uncommon for Chinese clothing to be seen in the mainstream eye, it goes without saying, we had no choice but to make this something that remains true to our brand, and our mission. Bringing Chinese aesthetics into everyday wear is where we started as a brand, and we felt it would be best to carry that into our newest drop as well – Vol 1: Vegas.
To celebrate our time in Las Vegas, we're introducing two vibrant new colorways: the bold Phoenix Red and the rich Golden Brown! Every piece in this new collection showcases aspects of DAWANG’s custom brocade designs.
Along with this, we believe the incorporation of reversible clothing is the most economically responsible option for people to explore.
