Shipping Policy

Orders $150 and over: FREE

Standard (5-7 days)   : $5.99

Express   (2-3 days)   : $14.99

These shipping rates are not applicable for orders shipped outside of the US. Some oversized items may require an additional shipping charge. Free Shipping applies only to merchandise; taxes and Gift Cards do not count toward the Free Shipping total.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you return an item and the reason for return is not a result of an DAWANG error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless your item qualifies for a free return or a free exchange.

A free return and free exchange merchandise must be unused;  damaged, defective; or wrong item shipped by DAWANG; and returned within 14 days of the order delivery date.

Made to order items cannot be exchanged or returned.
